Our Story

Rail Line Beef , LLC is a local family owned business located in Houston, Ohio.  The owners are Gordon Walker (a 4th generation farmer) and Bryan Walker (a 5th generation farmer). On our farm here in Shelby County Ohio we raise both livestock and crops. All of our cattle are fed a well-balanced ration of the corn we raise here on the family farm.  We established Rail Line Beef LLC to fulfill the need for quality beef outside of “big box” stores. We have been selling 1/2 and 1/4 of beef for many years now and decided to expand to provide individual cuts of meat as well. We raise top of the line beef cattle which are kept in a clean and comfortable environment, with complete access to food and water 24/7. In addition, all of our beef is processed at a USDA inspected facility​
